How do I setup FTP connection within Dreamweaver?

If you want to connect your website on our server to Dreamweaver, follow these steps and settings. You will need to ensure that you have your FTP login information. If you don’t have it, you can either set it up within your Sitetools account with us or contact us to have us create an FTP account for you. Click here to learn how to set up an FTP account.

  1. Within Dreamweaver go to Site => Manage Site => Select your website from the box => Edit 

  2. In the box “Site Definition” make sure Advanced is selected

  3. Then click on Remote Info

  4. Next, enter the settings FTP settings here
